Valpes

Since their introduction in 1987, Valpes has developed an extensive line of corrosion-resistant electric actuators for use on most popular valves, coupled with the engineering capability to offer custom design services.

The electric actuation product line has been developed around five objectives: compactness, reliability, corrosion resistance, flexible design and cost-effectiveness.

A major part of their electric actuator success can be attributed to the rigid standards that they have set for themselves. The electric actuators are manufactured, assembled and tested at their own plant in Moirans, France, which allows them to take full responsibility for product quality and performance. All parts are inspected as their assembly department receives them and several inspections are done during the assembly process. Finally, all actuators are tested to make sure they will perform to complete satisfaction and these are once again function tested before leaving Zoedale and their arrival at your door.

Due to the recent phenomenal growth in this market, Valpes has significantly expanded its electric actuator products line and accessories and now offer IP65, IP67, On/Off, Positioning, Failsafe and ATEX models.

Schischek

Zoedale is pleased to offer the range of Schischek electric actuator products to our customers. These include Quarter Turn Rotary Actuators, with and without spring return, and Linear Valve Actuators, with and without spring return.

The explosion proof actuators are well suited to ventilating and air conditioning applications for industrial, onshore and offshore uses. Schischek explosion proof and Industrial products have become important devices for consultants, public bodies, control companies, installers, OEMs and of course end users. There is the option to include the Normally Open / Normally closed spring return actuators.

The products are carefully manufactured to the highest standards with safety as the main priority. Schischek products are ISO 9001 & ATEX certified and safe for use in environments including gases, vapours, mists and dust. Schishek products are SIL 2 approved.
